USA Patriot Act Information

Notice: To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for you name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents and may make copies of these documents for our records. We may collect "nonpublic personal information" about you form the following sources:

  • Information we receive from you on applications or other loan and account forms;
  • Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and
  • Information we receive from third parties such as credit bureaus.

"Nonpublic personal information" means any personally identifiable financial information about you, including information about you on a list that is not publicly available.
